Provincetown Theater values making the theatrical experience accessible for its patrons.
Our Lobby and Theater are ground-level and wheelchair accessible with two designated handicapped parking spaces at the front of the building. Ushers are on hand to aid patrons who may need assistance navigating into and out of the Theater.
All seating at Provincetown Theater is general admission. Patrons who have mobility, hearing, and visual needs are encouraged to reach out to the Box Office either at the time of purchase or 24+ hours prior to their scheduled performance to arrange for reserved seating accommodations.
Restrooms at Provincetown Theater are also wheelchair accessible. While our patron restrooms are labelled “Men” and “Women,” Provincetown Theater celebrates all gender identities and encourages patrons to use the restroom that most comfortably aligns with how they identify.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service dogs are permitted within the Lobby and Theater. We kindly ask that patrons who are accompanied by a service dog contact the Box Office ahead of time to ensure that proper seating can be arranged.
