Positions
Administration & Program Manager

Reports to: Managing Director and Artistic Director
Overview: The Administration and Program Manager is responsible for providing operational support to the theater staff and board, building community relations and acting as a representative for the Box Office.
Duties

Work with the staff and board on operational responsibilities like: website upkeep, file management, contract creation, supplies purchasing and staff meeting coordination.

Discover new ways to partner with organizations, businesses and individuals in the community to facilitate the transition of the theater being a physical playhouse to a community collective.

Teach, host and coordinate community Children’s Programming. Including, but not limited to: partnerships with the Provincetown Public Library, Truro Rec Department, PTown Public Schools and Provincetown Family Week.

Assist in marketing efforts via social media, promotional appearances, printed materials and E-Blasts.

Develop relationships with current/potential donors and work with the Development Consultant on fundraising and the end of year appeal.

Act as a primary customer service support for the Box Office via responding to phone calls, website submissions, emails and in-person inquiries.

Cultivate relationships with other theaters on Cape via in person meetings, cross-theater marketing, program attendance and online engagement.

Coordinate with organizations, individuals, or groups renting out the theater. Ensure all needs are met and that the event runs smoothly.
Marketing & PR Manager

Overview: The Marketing and PR Manager will support various aspects of theater operations, with a focus on managing ticket sales, supporting production logistics, and assisting with marketing and special events. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for the arts, experience in production management, and a strong ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Box Office Management:

Sell tickets in person and over the phone, manage ticket reports, and handle ticket holds and subscriptions through OvationTix.

Upload and manage events in OvationTix, create promotional codes, and train staff on ticketing software.

Ad Sales and Playbill Management:

Design promotional graphics for sponsorship, manage ad sales outreach, and work with sponsors on artwork.

Coordinate playbill design and printing, and ensure restocking of season playbills.

Special Events and Production Support:

Provide production support for events like the 24-Hour Plays and Holiday Show, including bartending, house management, and coordinating rehearsal schedules.

Manage equipment for performances, oversee the production of play dates, and support guest artist travel and logistics.

Assist with various administrative tasks, including organizing rehearsal spaces, scheduling production meetings, and tracking show attendance and revenue.

Support the Managing Director with donor profiles, research grant opportunities, and organize donor-related events.
