Act III

The Provincetown Theater’s Act III program is a free theater-enrichment program designed for adults over 60 years of age in Provincetown and on the Outer Cape.

Act III provides a space for curiosity and community-driven engagement with facets of the theatrical arts including playwriting, play readings, and performing. At the core of its vision, Act III espouses the belief that theater and the creative process is for everyone regardless of age, ability, or prior experience.

This free program meets for four eight-week sessions each year, offering weekly theater workshops led by a local theater educator and guest teaching artists with experience in professional acting, theater production, and published playwriting. For more information about this or other community programming offerings, please contact the Associate Director of Production & Programming, Josh Quiñones, at joshua@provincetowntheater.org
