Juneteenth Ptown
Provincetown Theater is proud to support Juneteenth Ptown, a local collaborative of volunteers and artists that curate an annual celebration in Provincetown that honors the history of Juneteenth.
As the collaborative seeks to expand their educational and activism programming year-round, the collaborative and Provincetown Theater have partnered in developing a playwriting commission to uplift the voices of Black and African Americans. This annual commission will result in the presentation of a theatrical piece as part of the collaborative’s annual Juneteenth celebrations.
