*In the event of inclement weather cancelling an evening’s performance, the Box Office may be entirely virtual.

Due to remote working and a high call volume, our Box Office may not always be able to take your call. You are welcome to leave a voicemail or to direct your inquiry via email to email@example.com.
In 2021, there will be two tiers of tickets available for every performance:
A general ticket includes admission to the show. Pods of up to 6 individuals can be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not guaranteed for individuals with general tickets, though handicapped parking will be available for those who require it. Other modes of transportation are highly encouraged.
A premium ticket includes guaranteed parking for 1 car and early entrance to the house for the ticket holder. Pods of up to 6 individuals will be accommodated. A limited number of premium tickets will be sold for each performance.
2021 subscriptions are no longer on sale. If you have questions about an existing subscription, please reach out to the Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ticket Cancellation & Exchange Policy
All tickets are fully refundable and exchangeable within 30 days of purchase and may be made through our online ticketing software or by calling the Provincetown Box Office at 508-487-7487.
Due to the nature of outdoor stages, all shows are subject to same-day cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Ticket holders will be notified by 3PM on the day of their chosen performance if the show will be cancelled. Depending on availability, tickets may be transferred to a different performance date. Refunds will also be available for all performances cancelled due to the weather or patrons may also opt to donate their tickets in the event of such a cancellation.
